    I strongly commend the wraps which are consistently well-proportioned and tasty, whether for breakfast or for lunch. The bagels and various spreads are quite good, though there is an unfortunate tendency for them to be inconsistent in their application of the schmear; sometimes I get a perfect amount, sometimes too little, but most of the time I get far too much.  While it's not much of a problem for the customers as the excess can just be scraped off, it's wasteful; I recommend they instruct their employees more strictly on the standard amount to be used of toppings.

    In general, I think they've seen some staff turnover which might be compromising their efficiency.  There have been some instances where, due to their being short on staff for one reason or another, patrons have had to wait longer than they probably should.  But I am a regular and I like the place and the staff.

    AYYYYY WOOOOOAH!

    This place is friggin GARBAGIO. Placed an order online through Seamless at 830 only to receive a call at 10:05 that the restaurant was closed & I would have to cancel my order.

    So much for my godfather sandwich. This place needs some Godfather type discipline instilled in it.

    DO NOT order from here.I've never had a worse delivery experience in my entire life. I waited an hour and a half past my expected delivery time (due to the reviews), I figured how late could it possibly be. After being 90 minutes late, I decided to call and the person who picked up the phone could not have been more incompetent. She just kept repeating "I can't find your order, I can't find your order". Unbelievable. Don't take orders if you can't fulfill them.

    Horrific service. Been sitting waiting for the simplest bagel sandwich for about 30 minutes. Complete garbage. Did this place just open???? Get your shit together this is not this gd difficult.

    Montague Street Bagels is an unassuming basement storefront that doesn't even have a sign with the name of the business anywhere, unless you count the "HOT BAGELS & DELI" which easily gets overlooked. However, this non-nonsense, basic attitude is what I respect so much about this neighborhood gem. The drab and grey interior belies the delicious, warm, fluffy bagels made in-house (you can take a peek behind the doors!) throughout the day. A bagel with veggie cream cheese, made of sweet bell peppers, carrots, radishes and cucumbers, comes out to $4.50.
